How It Works
Order Placement: Place your order online or via our mobile app. Select the curbside pickup option at checkout.
Order Confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation email with details and instructions for curbside pickup.
Pickup Notification: Once your order is ready, you will receive a notification via email or text message with pickup instructions.
Pickup Process
Arrival: When you arrive at the designated curbside pickup location, park in one of the marked curbside pickup spots.
Notification: Notify us of your arrival by calling the phone number provided in your pickup notification or using the check-in feature in our mobile app.
Identification: Have your order confirmation email and a valid ID ready for verification.
Delivery: A team member will bring your order to your vehicle. Please remain in your vehicle and open your trunk or door for contactless delivery.

Saturday: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Sunday: 11:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Order Cancellations
Before Pickup Notification: You can cancel your order at any time before you receive the pickup notification without any charges. Contact our customer service team to cancel your order.
After Pickup Notification: If you need to cancel your order after receiving the pickup notification, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations made after the order is ready for pickup may be subject to a restocking fee.

Non-Members:
Full Cash Refund: Contact us within 24 hours from the time of pickup for optimal results. Items must be returned within 24 hours to maintain full refund status.
Restocking Fee: After 24 hours, a minimum of 25% to 50% restocking fee applies.
Non-Refundable: After 72 hours, items are non-refundable.
Members:
Full Refund: Contact us within 24 hours from the time of pickup for optimal results. Items must be returned within 48 hours to maintain full refund status.
