Points Program Policy

Introduction

This policy outlines our points program to ensure a rewarding experience for our customers.

Eligibility

All customers are automatically enrolled in the points program upon making a purchase.

Points are earned on purchases made with [specific payment methods, e.g., credit cards, debit cards, etc.]. It is important to create an account to gain and track your points. Payments made with cash are eligible with original receipt. 

Earning Points

Customers earn 1 point for every $1 spent.

Bonus points may be awarded during special promotions or for specific product categories.

Points Redemption

Points can be redeemed for discounts on future purchases.

5000 points = $50 LUV BUCKS.

Minimum points required for redemption: 5000 points.

Points Expiry

Points don’t expire from the date they are earned. 

Customers will be notified 30 days before there is change to non expiration points.

Exclusions

Points cannot be used for shipping nor will we exchange for cash value. 

Account Management

Customers can check their points balance and transaction history through their online account or from the purchase receipt.
