Membership Plan, Policy, and Terms of Service

1. Introduction

Welcome to our Premier Membership Plan. By enrolling in this membership, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

2. Membership Tiers

Free Membership:

Exclusive Discounts: Members receive a 5% discount on select products on first order.

Early Access: Members get early access to sales and new product launches.

Loyalty Points: Members earn points for every purchase, redeemable for discounts or free products where eligible.

Premier Membership ($9.99/month):

Free Local Delivery: Unlimited local deliveries.

Higher Discounts: Members receive a 10-15% discount on products redeemable for a year upon signing up.

Exclusive Offers: Access to members-only sales and promotions.

Birthday Rewards: Special discounts or free gifts on their birthday. Free gifts are subject to order history. 

Priority Customer Service: Faster response times and dedicated support.

Loyalty Points Boost: Earn points and gain access to  higher purchasing power when redeeming Luv Bucks compared to free members.

3. Membership Enrollment

Membership is available to individuals aged 18 and older.

Enrollment can be completed in-store or online.

Members must provide accurate and complete information during the sign-up process. 

Points CANNOT be used for shipping or on product sold by other sellers on any of our platforms.

4. Membership Fees

The Premier Membership fee is $9.99 per month.

Fees are non-refundable and will be billed monthly to the payment method provided during enrollment.

Members may cancel their membership at any time, but no refunds will be issued for partial months.

5. Benefits and Discounts

Benefits and discounts are subject to change at any time at our discretion.

Members will be notified of any significant changes to the benefits or discounts.

6. Loyalty Points

Loyalty points are earned by every dollar spent. Points are redeemable for qualifying purchases. Points CANNOT be used for shipping or on product sold by other sellers on any of our platforms. 

Points can be redeemed for discounts or free products only for items sold by I Luv Discounts in-store or online.

Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred or exchanged.

7. Termination and Cancellation

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend a membership for any reason, including violation of these terms.

Members may cancel their membership at any time by contacting customer service.

Upon cancellation, members will lose access to all membership benefits.

8. Privacy and Data Collection

We collect and use personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Members consent to the collection and use of their data for the purpose of providing membership benefits and personalized offers. We DO NOT sell, trade, or leverage your data to any third parties. 

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the membership benefits.

Our total liability for any claim related to the membership is limited to the amount paid by the member for the membership fee.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which our business is located.

Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of that state.
