Return Policy
Terms of Return
In-Store Purchases: Items must be returned within time frame of customers purchase status. A receipt for purchase MUST be provided to process return.
Online Orders: Items must be returned within time frame of customers purchase status. A receipt for purchase MUST be provided to process return.

Purchase Status
Non-Members: A non-member is a person who does not have an active account with I Luv Discount.
Return Time: To process return contact customer service within 24 hours from the time of purchase.
Non-Returnable: After 72 hours, items are non-returnable.
Members:
Return Time: To process return contact customer service within 48 hours from the time of purchase.
Non-Refundable: After 14 days, items are non-refundable.
Premier Members:
Return Time: To process return contact customer service within 72 hours from the time of purchase.
Non-Refundable: After 30 days, items are non-refundable.
State of Return
Used Products: Subject to a restocking fee of 25% to 50%, depending on the item and its condition.
Original Packaging: Items must be returned in their original packaging with all packaging contents.
Non-Refundable Items:
Worn clothing
Open food products
Open or used makeup, broken seals
Open or used cosmetics, wigs, dishes, health and hygiene products, OTC items, shoes, footwear
Personalized products (e.g., used hearing aids, earbuds, deodorant, lipstick, balm)

Damaged Items
Documentation: Customers are encouraged to document the damage with photos and a detailed description before returning the item.
Packaging: Damaged items must be returned in their original packaging, if possible.
Resolution: Depending on the inspection, customers may receive a full refund, a replacement, or store credit.
Shipping Costs: We are NOT responsible for items that are damaged during shipping. We advise purchasing insurance from carriers if applicable. In case of any damages, please contact the carrier directly.
Restocking Fees
After Exceeded Time: All returns are subject to a restocking fee.
Minimum Fee: 25%
Maximum Fee: 50%, depending on the condition of the items and packaging.
Fee Increase: The longer an item is held, the higher the likelihood of an increased fee.
Refund Process
Inspection Period: Allow up to 10 business days for inspection processing.
Refund Processing: After the inspection period, refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days.
Refund Method: Once we receive and inspect the item, a refund will be issued to the card used for the purchase.
Original Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags intact.
Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all refunds.
Time Frame: Refund requests must be made within the specified return period based on membership status.
Original Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Store Credit: Option to receive a refund in the form of store credit, which can be used for future purchases.
Gift Receipts: Items returned with a gift receipt may be refunded as store credit or exchanged for another item.
Final Sale Items: Items marked as final sale are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
Personalized Products: Customized or personalized items cannot be returned or refunded.
Perishable Goods: Food items and other perishable goods are not eligible for refunds.
